Standard warranty: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
Blower: 60 days from the day you receive your order.
What's covered:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or stops working normally within the warranty period, I'll replace it or refund you, no hassle.
What's not covered:
- Water or liquid damage
- Drops or impact damage
- Opening or disassembling the product
- Normal wear and tear (like battery capacity naturally decreasing over time)
- Extreme heat or cold exposure (like leaving it in a hot car)
- Using the product for anything other than its intended purpose
How to make a claim:
Email me at elperroviejostore@gmail.com with your order number and short video showing the issue. I'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Before any replacement or refund goes out, I'll take a look at what you send me (and may ask to see the item in person or get it back) to confirm what happened. If it's a defect, I'll make it right fast. If it turns out to be one of the situations above, I'll explain why, and we can talk about options.
